Our CEO and Broker, Gary Fooks, sat down with CMP Magazine to share details on how 8Twelve Mortgage is taking on 2022. In addition to empowering Mortgage Agents, we plan to educate these independent agents through our own proprietary technology that is expected to launch in the third quarter. On our consumer-facing side, 8Twelve aims to expand the offerings of mortgage services to include those that may not qualify for a downpayment (via co-equity products) and those that require assistance and/or education to recover their financial wellness.
